Join Box as a Sales Development Representative for a 12-month placement and contribute to driving the company's platform forward. As an SDR, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, finding up-sell opportunities, and building key relationships with prospects.

Requirements

  • To be eligible you must be an undergraduate student in a placement year course returning to study Autumn 2026, you also will need to have the right to work in UK already in place
  • Communication: you build relationships through your strong phone / video presence and excellent written language capability
  • Drive: you demonstrate a level of resilience to overcome objections and have a β€œcan do” attitude to delivering personal goals
  • Attention to detail: everybody makes mistakes, even the most detail oriented employee. You will be detail oriented by nature, learn from mistakes and able to prioritise effectively ensuring quality on sometimes tight deadlines
  • Commercial Acumen: you are able to problem solve and creatively uncover new opportunities to fuel future sales pipeline
  • Fluent in either French or German: this role will be supporting our DACH or Southern Europe team, so fluent German or French speaking is required

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from various sources including website, marketing events, seminars and incoming calls, from initial contact to a qualified appointment with an Account Executive
  • Find up-sell opportunities
  • Involvement in account planning and mapping exercises with wider sales team
  • Get involved in projects that support the wider sales team
  • Build key relationships with prospects to gain a deep understanding of company and prospects goals to enable expansion of BOX technology and solutions across the enterprise
  • Undertake campaigns with Marketing around specific business propositions and market awareness
  • Manage accurate administration of our lead management system (Salesforce.com)
