Sales Director

Summary

Join ActiveProspect as we seek a Sr. Sales Director for our Marketing Agencies vertical, responsible for growing specific categories within the vertical through sales, partnerships, marketing, and events.

Requirements

• 2-10 years of complex enterprise SaaS to marketing agencies/selling email tools and/or lead generation space selling experience
• Ability to take a Vertical from having customers to growing it into a key market for the organization
• Ability to show consistent achievement of enterprise sales quota
• Experience managing enterprise sales pipeline, forecasting and reporting
• Strong ability to communicate value propositioning for complex enterprise SaaS technology
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

• Own all new customer development activities and quota achievement for your area
• Define and execute various sales strategies for your prospects and the market as a whole
• Constantly network and talk to prospects - lead buyers, lead sellers, and service providers to improve understanding of the landscape
• Track industry trade shows and select events for the company to attend
• Build and maintain relationships with key contacts in the industry
• Work closely with client success team members ensuring all new customers are properly on-boarded and retained
• Be an ambassador for the company, our technology, and thought leadership in the industry
