Requirements
- 6 - 8 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales in the Aviation Industry (Aerospace and Defense sector, preferred)
- Bachelor's degree required (technical background preferred)
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement targeted sales strategies to secure new business and cultivate a robust pipeline in alignment with revenue targets through a methodical sales process
- Play a role in identifying and understanding customer needs to tailor our offerings accordingly
- Employ value-based sales techniques to assess project returns on investment and structure deals appropriately
- Continuously enhance expertise in consultative sales, technical solutions, and industry trends, showcasing our thought leadership through innovative technology solutions
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive repeat business opportunities
- Leverage sales and marketing resources effectively to pinpoint promising prospects
- Translate technical jargon into easily digestible insights and expertly manage customer expectations for seamless internal and external communication
- Regularly update sales management on progress through comprehensive reports on forecasts, pipeline status, and deal activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in proactive prospecting and opportunity identification
- Proven track record of engaging with senior leadership and C-suite executives
- Familiarity with value-based selling, exposure to various sales methodologies is a plus
- Knowledge of AI, ML, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI is beneficial
