This pivotal role involves driving enterprise software revenue, becoming a UGC software expert, cultivating executive relationships, and developing strategic UGC roadmaps. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer journeys and champion Bazaarvoice's innovation. Requirements
- Proven Enterprise Software Sales Acumen: 7+ years of demonstrated success in an enterprise-level software sales role, consistently exceeding quotas and driving significant ARR growth
- Technical Fluency: Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex software functionalities, integration points, and technical value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills: Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently lead executive-level discussions and deliver persuasive, data-driven proposals
- Strategic & Consultative Approach: A highly strategic thinker with a consultative sales methodology, adept at uncovering client needs, building business cases, and navigating complex enterprise buying cycles
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: A resourceful problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can adapt strategies to meet dynamic market demands
- Collaborative Team Player: A strong collaborator who excels in cross-functional team environments and is committed to collective success
Responsibilities
- Drive Enterprise Software Revenue: Own the full sales cycle for a dedicated territory of enterprise accounts, consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious revenue targets by selling a blend of SaaS and non-recurring solutions
- Become a UGC Software Expert: Develop deep, technical expertise in Bazaarvoice’s comprehensive UGC software suite, including our core ratings and reviews platform, syndication capabilities, social commerce integrations, and creator marketing solutions. Effectively articulate the value proposition and ROI of these platforms to C-suite executives and key decision-makers
- Cultivate Executive Relationships: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise organizations, including VPs and Directors in brand management, e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, and procurement
- Develop Strategic UGC Roadmaps: Partner with enterprise customers to understand their complex business challenges and objectives. Design and present tailored, full-funnel UGC strategies that seamlessly integrate Bazaarvoice’s software platforms with their existing tech stacks and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate for Client Success: Work in lockstep with internal teams, including Solutions Consultants, Product Specialists, and Client Success Managers, to ensure a unified and exceptional customer journey from pre-sales discovery through implementation and beyond
- Champion Bazaarvoice’s Innovation: Elevate marketplace awareness of Bazaarvoice’s cutting-edge software solutions and our distinct value proposition, showcasing how our platforms drive measurable business outcomes for enterprise brands
- Strategic Pipeline Management: Leverage advanced sales processes and CRM tools to meticulously manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities, providing accurate forecasts and insights
- Travel as a Trusted Advisor: Travel as needed to client sites for strategic meetings, presentations, and industry events (when safe and welcomed by clients), acting as a true partner to our enterprise accounts
Preferred Qualifications
Domain Expertise: Prior experience selling e-commerce, social media, marketing technology (MarTech), or content management SaaS solutions is highly preferred

$200,000 - $300,000 a year
