Summary

You will partner with the sales team to support sales, generate pipeline, and ensure successful product adoption. Requirements

  • Have the capacity to grasp new technologies and complex concepts quickly
  • Be able to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision
  • Possess intermediate knowledge of cybersecurity principles and technologies
  • Be able to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per partner requirement
  • Have a proven sales track record of success
  • Be able to identify opportunities and leverage internal and external resources appropriately
  • Have an understanding of relevant products and services
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be a team player with willingness to work both in a team environment as well as independently
  • Have a Bachelorโ€™s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
  • Have 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Have experience with EDR, SIEM, and Microsoft Security solutions
  • Have experience with a business process or management application
  • Have experience with Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Sales team(s), with a high attention to detail
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to identify client requirements and product technical validation during sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Provide support to the Sales team(s), with an extremely high attention to detail
  • Research, analyze, document, and share findings leveraging internal system
  • Research and present reports showing potential customers the cost benefit of purchasing company products or services
  • Provide technical training to clients and communicate customer feedback for future product developments
  • Represent both technical and functional aspects of our suite of products/services and propose how these benefit prospective customers
  • Provide exemplary technical expertise and independent creative discretion in producing technical and product demonstrations and presentations
  • Execute proof of concepts with prospects at both a technical and business level to show value
  • Exercise discretion and judgement regarding product specifications required to address customer requirements, assess customersโ€™ needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value
  • Prepare, research, and provide input into technical RFPs/RFQs
  • Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams to provide product knowledge and technology expertise through training, coaching, and product support
  • Pursue and maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training and education
  • May coach and review the work of other team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have familiarity with compliance standards such as CMMC and NIST
  • Have experience in relevant channels such as MDP, VAR, OE, TSP, Internal IT, and/or MSP

Benefits

  • 20-30% travel may be required
  • May require occasional work outside of normal business hours (conferences, events, securing deals, etc.)
