Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration)
  • 2-4 years experience as a Sales Engineer or similar technical sales role, preferably in the SAAS industry
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, and stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our unique value proposition
  • Execute the sales process, collaborating with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, providing technical expertise through the sales cycle
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, tailoring content to their needs
  • Analyze client requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet their facility management needs
  • Work with the Product team to communicate client feedback and requirements for future product enhancements
  • Work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive revenue growth and enhance product offerings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in facility management, building automation, or related industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Hubspot) and technical demonstration tools
