This role involves a dynamic mix of technical sales, proof-of-concept support, and ongoing technical guidance. You will collaborate across departments, present complex information clearly, and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends. Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales/Solutions Engineering, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment
  • In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations
  • Capable of discussing designs and implementing complex telecommunication solutions to ensure a proper understanding of operational efficiency and seamless integration with existing infrastructure
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects and lead technical strategy in sales engagements
  • Strong ability to foresee potential risks in project plans and sales strategies, with a proven track record of developing effective mitigation tactics
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for presenting technical information to various stakeholders clearly and persuasively
  • Proven success in fostering collaboration across multiple departments and effectively managing stakeholder relationships
  • Deep understanding of the industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, with the ability to translate this knowledge into actionable sales strategies

Responsibilities

  • Handle complex technical challenges, leveraging the support of managers and teams
  • Expert in API data integrations
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to proactively address potential risks and minimize their impact on sales outcomes
  • Delegate tasks appropriately, integrate technical needs into project planning, and choose the most effective project management strategies
  • Navigate and resolve complex client issues, fostering collaboration across departments and managing communication challenges with diverse stakeholders
  • Present complex information clearly and concisely during meetings, ensuring all communications are impactful and directly support business objectives
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regularly contributing insights in meetings and strategic discussions
  • Develop and maintain deep, personalized customer relationships, leveraging those to advance business objectives
  • Able to utilize our entire library of stories and case studies to share knowledge and experiences across the Glia product set effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Has extensive expertise in SIP/Telephony systems 3 - 5 years of experience
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience with SIP trunking solutions, designing IVR systems, and integrating VoIP technologies with enterprise-level Unified Communications platforms
