Summary
Join GreyNoise Intelligence as a US Enterprise Sales Engineer and support the technical sales process for enterprise accounts. Partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs, demonstrate product value, lead Proofs of Value, and address technical requirements. Drive technical validation and accelerate deal cycles. This fully remote US-based role (with optional DC office attendance) requires 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS. Deep familiarity with threat intelligence, SIEM/SOAR/TIP, and incident response workflows is essential. You will lead technical discovery, deliver product demos, design and execute PoVs and pilots, and respond to RFIs/RFPs. Collaboration with internal teams and representation at industry events are also key responsibilities. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture roles in the cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS space
- Deep familiarity with threat intelligence, SIEM/SOAR/TIP, and incident response workflows
- Strong understanding of enterprise security architectures and technical decision-making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with API integrations, scripting (eg. Python) and tools like curl, JSON, etc
- Ability to present technical content to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead during the sales process for large enterprise opportunities
- Lead technical discovery and deliver customized product demos
- Design, execute, and support successful PoVs and pilots
- Work with customers to understand their environment, challenges, and desired outcomes
- Respond to RFIs/RFPs and assist in crafting technical proposals
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience to ensure feedback is captured and incorporated
- Represent GreyNoise at industry events, webinars, and customer briefings
