Summary
Join Huntress, a fully remote global cybersecurity company, as a Sales Engineer. Partner with customers to enhance their security posture, identify potential vulnerabilities, and present Huntress as a solution. Collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering, to address customer needs and identify areas for improvement. This role requires approximately 25% travel. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of sales engineering experience in cybersecurity, familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, and experience working with MSPs. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a sales engineering or similar role
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks
- Experience working with or within MSPs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives
- Effective time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to help increase their security posture
- Review and highlight potential security problems to customersβ technical teams while positioning Huntress as a solution
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering on voicing customer needs
- Spot opportunities for improvement in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to travel ~25% of the time to meet with customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc
- Experience building and implementing Security Programs
- Familiarity with MSP tools such as RMMs and PSAs
- Familiarity with working with SIEM tools like Elastic, Splunk, etc
