Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the MarTech, CRM, or Digital Marketing space, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects
  • Proven ability to design and implement MarTech solutions using technologies such as Data Warehouses, CDPs, CRM platforms, Machine Learning engines, or Loyalty Systems
  • 2+ years in a leadership role, with experience mentoring and managing project or solution delivery teams
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience, showcasing strong stakeholder management, business acumen, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in developing strategic roadmaps, managing backlogs, and aligning technical work with broader business objectives
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with a proven ability to work across distributed global teams and produce high-quality documentation
  • Experience working in agency or consulting environments, with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple client engagements in parallel
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-moving, results-driven setting
  • Excellent command of English (C1 level) for clear communication across internal and client-facing contexts

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify new workstreams and convert business needs into actionable project requirements
  • Prioritize initiatives to ensure roadmaps align with strategic objectives and client goals
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and predictable project timelines and roadmaps
  • Lead technical discovery and requirement-gathering sessions with clients to understand their MarTech and data needs
  • Design high-level architecture that aligns with customer engagement, data flow, and scalability expectations
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies that align with client needs, including CDPs, CRMs, and Data Warehouses
  • Actively participate in sales discovery calls, helping to shape solution strategy and technical vision
  • Support the development of Statements of Work (SoW), timelines, and resourcing plans for new opportunities
  • Improve win rates by delivering tailored, technically robust proposals that address both business and engineering challenges
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex client issues, providing strategic and technical direction
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure issue resolution and project continuity
  • Maintain client trust by consistently offering high-value guidance and support throughout the engagement lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on knowledge of customer engagement technologies such as Braze, Snowflake, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of digital consumer engagement, marketing automation workflows, and data-driven personalization strategies
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and experience in project management or delivery planning
  • Prior experience in supporting sales teams by developing proposals, estimates, and technical documentation
