Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with our customers, providing technical guidance and technical training
• Provide pre-sales engineering assistance to potential new customers and onboarding sessions for new ones
• Liaise between customers and our internal teams in order to provide the best technical support and experience
• Handle inquiries and questions from customers regarding the use of our products, while proactively investigating the integration level
• Develop and monitor performance indicators for customers, manage tracking tools and compile reports
