Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • *Oral French comprehension
  • Experience in a role involving direct customer contact
  • Mastery of the CRM ecosystem, in particular Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and global technologies, such as APIs and backend/frontend systems
  • Ability to work as part of a team while enjoying autonomy in the role, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Comfortable in situations of uncertainty, able to work with new technologies and services
  • Ability to solve problems with a strategic and consultative mindset

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our sales executives in the selling team to solve the pre-sales’ prospect needs
  • Develop strategies with our sales executives to understand how to help their customers/prospects
  • Strategically manage complex use cases and the stakeholders on a deal
  • Lead and drive technical pre-sales conversations around integration and data migration
  • Work closely with the developers to gather feedback during the sales process but also during the production phase
  • Build data flow diagram if needed

A professional background in development or IT (an asset)
