Summary
Join Envoy Global as a Mid-Market Sales Executive and drive revenue growth through direct sales and partnership development. You will be a sales hunter, responsible for generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding Envoy Global's presence among small and medium-sized businesses. This role requires strong sales acumen, lead generation skills, relationship management, and deal closing abilities. You will collaborate with internal teams and meet sales quotas. The ideal candidate possesses B2B sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM tools. A competitive salary is offered.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR technology, SaaS, or Immigration and Mobility
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close deals in a high-volume sales environment
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust with Mid-Market decision-makers
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and virtual communication platforms (Teams, etc.)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
- Resilience and ability to overcome objections
- Excellent relationship skills and ability to partner with everyone within the client and Envoy's organization
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment; take initiative when needed
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect Mid-Market customers, leveraging outbound sales strategies, referrals, and inbound leads
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead qualification, product demos, negotiations, and contract execution
- Drive Envoy Globalโs strategic growth by expanding brand awareness and building strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Understand customer needs and pain points, positioning Envoy Globalโs immigration solutions as essential to their hiring processes and recruitment strategy
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, operations, and product, to enhance customer experience and optimize sales strategies
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals, contributing to the overall growth strategy
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), providing regular reports on progress and forecasts

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE- $60,00.00- $70,000.00
