Summary

Join our team as a Vertriebsleiter (Sales Manager) and play a key role in driving business growth through client acquisition and retention. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience with proven track record of achieving/overcoming sales targets
  • Love being on the go and know the heartbeat of the city
  • Understand how your activities impact sales figures
  • Be able to make data-driven decisions
  • Be a sales expert and convince clients of yourself and our product
  • Use coaching opportunities and self-reflection to master your sales skills
  • Speak fluent German and have at least a B2 level in English

Responsibilities

  • Search for partners with a goal-oriented approach to achieve high conversion rates using outreach strategies
  • Convince potential clients of our product through personal conversations and simplify their onboarding process, making their daily work easier
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers, including review/feedback discussions, monitoring booking behavior, and optimizing cross- and upsell opportunities
