Summary

Join our team as a Sales Manager and lead a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets. Guide your team on high-value deals, manage pipeline health, drive accurate forecasting, and oversee CRM usage. You will also be responsible for performance management, cross-functional collaboration, recruiting and onboarding, and process refinement. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales leadership experience, strong critical thinking and communication skills, and experience with CRM platforms. A bachelor's degree and SaaS experience are preferred. Requirements

  • English is your primary language
  • At least 3 years of experience working in sales leadership role
  • Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience qualifying and evaluating customer needs
  • Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
  • Self-starter, positive attitude, ability to continuously develop and adapt to a growing team
  • Highly organized. You can manage and prioritize several different projects
  • Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets
  • Provide guidance on high-value deals and ensure adherence to sales processes
  • Manage pipeline health, drive accurate forecasting, and oversee CRM usage
  • Perform performance management through regular coaching, reviews, and training
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps
  • Support recruiting and onboarding
  • Continuously refine sales processes to improve efficiency and drive success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field of study
  • Experience working in the SaaS industry
