Summary
Join our team as a Sales Manager and lead a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets. Guide your team on high-value deals, manage pipeline health, drive accurate forecasting, and oversee CRM usage. You will also be responsible for performance management, cross-functional collaboration, recruiting and onboarding, and process refinement. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales leadership experience, strong critical thinking and communication skills, and experience with CRM platforms. A bachelor's degree and SaaS experience are preferred. Requirements
- English is your primary language
- At least 3 years of experience working in sales leadership role
- Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience qualifying and evaluating customer needs
- Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
- Self-starter, positive attitude, ability to continuously develop and adapt to a growing team
- Highly organized. You can manage and prioritize several different projects
- Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets
- Provide guidance on high-value deals and ensure adherence to sales processes
- Manage pipeline health, drive accurate forecasting, and oversee CRM usage
- Perform performance management through regular coaching, reviews, and training
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps
- Support recruiting and onboarding
- Continuously refine sales processes to improve efficiency and drive success
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree, preferably in a related field of study
- Experience working in the SaaS industry
