Summary

Join RSI Security as a Cybersecurity Sales Executive and drive net-new sales in a defined territory. This is a pure hunter role focused on midmarket clients in regulated industries. You will identify, cultivate, and close new client deals, guiding clients through their cybersecurity challenges and positioning RSI Security's solutions. Collaboration with internal experts is key to success. The role requires strong sales experience, cybersecurity knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in tech sales
  • 2+ years of experience selling security, compliance and risk management solutions, including audits and assessments
  • Proven experience selling cybersecurity services, specifically RSI Security’s offerings
  • Proven experience closing new business in a consultative, complex sales environment
  • Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and how they impact business risk
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable without traditional sales management
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and cybersecurity best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Experience with tools: HubSpot, Asana, Google Suite, Sales Navigator

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new client acquisition focused on midmarket companies in regulated industries
  • Identify, cultivate, and close new client deals
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through outbound efforts and strategic outreach
  • Guide clients through their cybersecurity challenges and position RSI Security's compliance solutions as tailored fits
  • Collaborate with senior solution advisors and delivery experts to close deals and ensure long-term client success
  • Represent RSI Security with credibility in conversations around frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, CMMC, and more
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, with a heavy emphasis on sales hunting
  • Engage with key decision-makers to understand business challenges and provide tailored solutions
  • Proactively follow up with existing leads and generate new leads through strategic outreach
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update company CRM tools throughout the sales cycle
  • Keep up-to-date with RSI Security’s service offerings and industry trends

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
