Requirements

  • Interested in sales or has experience in retail sales
  • Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work one weekend day
  • Able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Engage customer leads through conversations that build brand and drive purchases
  • Work closely with our leadership team to adopt our merchant’s brand voice and understand their products and operations
  • Become a subject matter expert for assigned merchants
  • Identify gaps in our internal processes and help implement improvements
  • Maintain internal documentation alongside your teammates, ensuring that the information we’re sharing across teams is up to date and accurate
  • Collaborate with the product team to address improvement opportunities within the platform
