Requirements
- Interested in sales or has experience in retail sales
- Flexible work schedule, including the ability to work one weekend day
- Able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Engage customer leads through conversations that build brand and drive purchases
- Work closely with our leadership team to adopt our merchantβs brand voice and understand their products and operations
- Become a subject matter expert for assigned merchants
- Identify gaps in our internal processes and help implement improvements
- Maintain internal documentation alongside your teammates, ensuring that the information weβre sharing across teams is up to date and accurate
- Collaborate with the product team to address improvement opportunities within the platform
