Join PartsBase Inc., the world's largest online aviation marketplace, as an International Sales Coach! This fully remote role, based in the PST time zone (12 pm - 9 pm), focuses on coaching and developing a geographically dispersed sales team in Malaysia. You will deliver one-on-one and group coaching sessions, analyze performance data, reinforce sales methodologies, and adapt coaching techniques to diverse cultural contexts. Success requires strong sales experience, coaching expertise, and proficiency with enablement tools. The ideal candidate possesses a consultative coaching style and a deep commitment to advancing sales excellence across diverse global markets. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, Aviation, or Solution-Based Selling Environments
  • 2+ years in a coaching, sales training, or sales leadership role focused on coaching and development
  • High level of proficiency leveraging modern enablement tools, LMS platforms, CRMs, and project management software
  • Experience creating high-quality training content and materials related to ongoing development and onboarding
  • Ability to work 12 pm -9 pm PST

Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured one-on-one and group coaching sessions tailored to the developmental needs of sales professionals across international regions in the Asia Pacific Markets
  • Assess performance data and CRM analytics to identify opportunities for skill enhancement and behavioral improvement
  • Reinforce core enablement programming and sales methodology through live coaching, role-plays, and feedback loops
  • Adapt coaching techniques to accommodate diverse communication styles, languages, and cultural nuances
  • Collaborate with Enablement, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure coaching aligns with onboarding, product training, and pipeline development initiatives
  • Track improvement trends and provide regular reporting to Sales Leadership on individual and team performance benchmarks
  • Serve as a trusted partner to front-line managers, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing team development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience working with international or geographically dispersed sales teams
  • A 4-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar preferred
  • Experience or a strong understanding of the aviation industry is a plus
  • Coaching certification (e.g., ICF, Sales Coaching Institute) a plus
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
  • Proven ability to assess sales performance data and translate it into actionable coaching strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across diverse cultural backgrounds
