Sales Manager

Requirements

• A passion for cars and comprehensive knowledge of various vehicle types and their features
• Strong rhetorical skills and the ability to convey security, trustworthiness, and competence to customers
• Completed vocational training and ideally relevant professional experience in sales, customer service, and/or the automotive industry
• Assertiveness and sales strength to maintain focus and achieve success

Responsibilities

• Process incoming customer inquiries and serve as a competent contact person throughout the entire sales process
• Use empathy and strong argumentation skills to explain the advantages of AUTOHERO's unique concept to customers
• Adapt your work to dynamic internal and external changes to achieve goals quickly
• Continuously develop customer relationships through active customer relationship management and evaluate the needs of diverse customer types

Relevant professional experience in sales, customer service and/or Automotive
