Summary

The job is for a Sales Manager in the Crop Protection division of a leading South Korean agricultural company. Duties include coordinating sales operations, identifying prospects, analyzing market data, and providing product knowledge. Requires a Bachelor's degree in agriculture or business-related fields, 3-5 years' experience in on-field sales in the agriculture industry (Crop Protection is mandatory), strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, teamwork, and relationship management skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. The role can be based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ or fully remote.

Requirements

• Must have work authorization in U.S.A
• At least Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business or marketing related major preferred
• More than 3-5 years’ experience in on-field sales in agriculture industry (Crop Protection must require)
• Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to work efficiently & effectively
• Relationship management and networking skills are a must
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and hand in regular reports in timely manner
• Strong Teamwork & Collaboration skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales operations and marketing plans
• Analyze and maintain knowledge of clients' business, latest news, and trends to cultivate and maintain positive business relationships
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
• Collect and analyze market data to aid efforts in business development
• Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries, negotiate sales terms & agreements and maintain accurate records of sales activities
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective follow through on sales process
• Regular weekly reporting and meeting summary reports
