Summary

Join Clover's Growth team as a Sales Manager and take the lead in expanding our presence in Central and Southwest Georgia. You will manage and grow a network of brokers, driving sales and retention while acting as a brand ambassador. Responsibilities include recruiting and supporting agents, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to reduce member churn. Success hinges on exceeding sales targets, identifying opportunities for improvement, and becoming a trusted resource for Clover in your territory. This role requires a Georgia sales license, strong broker relationships, excellent presentation skills, and a passion for sales. Requirements

  • You are a fully licensed sales agent in Georgia
  • You reside in Central or Southwest Georgia
  • You have strong existing relationships with the broker community in Central Georgia
  • You have strong presentation skills
  • You are able to travel 100% of the time needed throughout your geographic area
  • You love sales and can't imagine yourself doing anything else. Being results-driven in a high-performing team is your MO
  • You are comfortable in an unstructured environment and thrive on building in the early days
  • You are a people person and relationship builder. You enjoy interacting and building relationships with different types of people every single day and pride yourself in your ability to sustain relationships over time
  • You are passionate and mission-driven about improving the lives of Medicare eligibles in your community
  • You have an entrepreneurial approach to work, always thinking critically when problem-solving
  • You are highly organized and have excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Take accountability for sales and retention in your market
  • Manage on-the-ground agent and agency relationships and have ownership of their performance
  • Continuously recruit and promote Clover within the broker community, ensuring we work with the premier brokers in the market to drive optimal and predictable performance
  • Contribute to contract negotiations with all broker agencies in your market
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to help reduce member churn, including hosting member events in your markets on a monthly basis
  • Assist in identifying or contracting key providers in the market, when necessary
  • Serve as the main feedback loop for Clover in the market, sculpting the most efficient and financially sound sales channel mix that uniquely fits the market you are leading
  • Surface significant shifts or developments in the market to sales team leadership, getting ahead of market changes that may impact sales targets and performance
  • Act as Clover brand ambassador to community groups either in educational or sales seminar settings
  • Become the trusted source of information to local brokers to help them hit their sales goals
