Summary
Join Lunit, a global leader in AI-powered medical imaging, as their Sales Manager for France & Benelux! This role focuses on driving direct sales of Lunit's AI solutions across France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. You will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, building relationships with healthcare providers, identifying new business opportunities, and reporting on market trends. Success in this position requires proven sales experience in the healthcare industry, strong communication skills, and fluency in French and English. The role offers the flexibility of working from home in France and the opportunity to contribute to Lunit's ambitious growth targets.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales
- Bachelorβs degree in a Commercial or Scientific field
- Demonstrated experience in sales positions within the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High degree of autonomy, motivation, and versatility
- Demonstrated proactive and strategic thinking skills
- Language Proficiency: Native French speaker and fluent in English
- Willingness for regular business travel within France and Belgium
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute prospecting strategies to achieve sales growth objectives, report sales forecasts, and ensure alignment with company mission and goals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other key stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to acquire new customers through calls, emails, and events
- Monitor and report on customer feedback, market trends, and competitors to inform strategic decisions
- Conduct initial product demonstrations and address frequent customer inquiries
- Frequently travel to meet with prospects and clients across France and Belgium
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities
- Strong track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Understanding of the medical imaging and informatics markets, particularly in France and the Belgium region
- Ability to conduct market analysis and understand customer needs and competitive dynamics
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and decision-makers
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Capacity to develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Ability to think creatively and adapt strategies to changing market conditions
- Ability to understand and present technical product details and address customer inquiries effectively
