Requirements

  • Bring extensive and multi-year professional experience in the healthcare industry and understand the specific challenges and needs of this industry
  • Understand the needs and concerns of decision-makers in nursing home chains and be able to put yourself in their perspective. You have gained special knowledge about the commercial challenges of nursing services and nursing homes, know the relevant KPIs and understand the value of data-driven analyses in this area
  • Have already successfully sold complex IT solutions in the healthcare industry and are familiar with the specifics of this market
  • Work independently, performance-oriented and strive for ambitious goals
  • Speak German at a native speaker level and have secure English skills

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact decision-makers in aftercare chains, who are usually already existing customers, and enthuse them about the introduction of our product extensions
  • Conduct convincing product presentations and demonstrations by telephone and digitally to clarify the added value of our products
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular phone calls and follow-ups to strengthen the trust of decision-makers
  • Negotiate contracts and conditions, reflect on pricing strategies with management, and maintain and report on a transparent sales pipeline
  • Work closely with our partner managers to ensure that customers are optimally supported throughout the entire introduction and usage process
  • Record and document all sales activities and results in Salesforce, our CRM system
