Summary
Join Recare, a company connecting hospitals and healthcare providers with innovative digital solutions, as their Sales Manager. You will focus on new business development, expanding the customer base, and implementing effective sales strategies. Responsibilities include managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, participating in upselling and contract renewals, and representing Recare at industry events. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and experience in CRM systems. Requirements
- You are a problem solver, use goal-oriented communication and can handle objections
- You are a persistent and persevering personality who achieves their goals even with complex legal and regulatory issues
- You are characterized by assertiveness as well as strategic thinking and planning
- Ideally, you have professional experience in the healthcare industry
- You can demonstrate sales success, pronounced process orientation and experience in systematic work with CRMs
- You have native-level German language skills, both orally and in writing and in listening comprehension, and at least good English skills
- You are willing to travel within Germany and make on-site pitches
Responsibilities
- Develop your own regional approach to new business, considering the sales strategy, and be able to justify it
- Implement customer-specific, intelligent sales strategies and use the generated leads independently
- Expand our customer base and build your strong regional presence in your market
- Acquire new customers and accompany the sales processes until the sales closing
- Participate in trade fairs and marketing campaigns
- Participate in tenders with the team and represent Recare in bidder presentations
- Carry out upselling and contract renewals and successfully position our AI suite with our existing customers
- Advise our customers on technical and commercial matters
- Conduct contract negotiations at C-level
- Take responsibility for project tracking in your region
- Implement existing sales concepts
- Take over the independent organization and documentation in the existing knowledge databases and CRM tools
