Requirements

  • 3+ years of Sales Management experience, preferably within a SaaS organization
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise and SMB SaaS applications
  • Consistent track record of selling software while achieving personal and team goals
  • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
  • Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee revenue goals for new logos
  • Support ongoing growth and development, including recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring reps
  • Participate in customer meetings, leading when necessary
  • Identify product and technology gaps with prospects and communicate software needs internally
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach Account Executives on strategies to reach their goals
  • Meet with Account Executives 1-on-1 weekly to train, coach, and mentor
  • Report on sales activity and manage regular booking forecasts
