Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of sales professionals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights and recommendations
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales technologies
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching sales professionals
- Drive sales objectives, KPIs, and sales targets, and monitor team performance against these metrics
- Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with key customers and partners
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, market, and competition
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business strategy
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to customers and prospects
