Requirements

• Strong understanding of cold calling processes and sales KPIs

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze cold calling activities, performance metrics, and KPIs
• Provide feedback on scripts and suggest improvements based on performance data
• Ensure alignment with sales goals and maintain consistency across team efforts
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Representatives and Team Leaders
• Support efficiency improvements across sales operations
• Assist in reporting and interpreting data trends
