Requirements
- 4+ years in an analytical role such as Sales Strategy, Consulting, Banking, or Private Equity
- B.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering, Sciences)
- Advanced MS Excel skills required; preferred experience with Databricks, SQL/R
- Excellent quantitative analysis skills, creativity in problem-solving, and a keen business sense
- Extensive track record of building high-quality and complex models and presentations
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Proven track record of succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment
- Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, yet translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations
- Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; a sense of urgency and prioritization
- Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and propose innovative solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead/conduct analyses of business performance delivering insights & recommendations
- Create and propose sales performance strategies
- Identify untapped market potential; design and implement sales plans to capture it
- Work with large data sets and the technical tools needed to work with them
- Support extensive GTM planning process and strategic initiatives through capacity planning, productivity review, market segmentation, territory carving, quota/incentive design, and more
- Structure and drive key strategic initiatives focused on improving business performance
- Drive towards simple, scalable data-driven solutions to difficult problems
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred MS/MBA and/or CFA or progression towards designation
