Support Sales and Finance teams by reviewing contracts, analyzing sales data, and providing performance reports. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, related field, or qualified by relevant experience
  • Proven experience in sales analysis, contract administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms - Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey audit findings to peers and management
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of data management accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • MUST be able to work on UK & US timing - (10pm - 5am)
  • MUST be fluent Mandarin speaker
  • Able to work Malaysian holidays that clash with UK and US

Responsibilities

  • Review sales contracts and agreements globally to ensure accuracy and compliance with Finance company policies and procedures
  • Accurately maintain, audit, and reconcile the database of contract information within the CRM and Mintelโ€™s sales performance tracking Excel sheets
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, or potential risks in contracts and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution
  • Collaborate with our legal department to ensure contract terms and conditions are appropriate
  • Provide administrative support to the wider commercial team
  • Accurately maintain, audit, and reconcile the database of contract information within CRM and internal tracking systems
  • Help produce related monthly reporting
  • To carry-out any other ad-hoc task given by Line Manager

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Subscription Sales or SaaS industry is a plus
