Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical thinking skills
  • 5-8+ years of experience in a sales support, business development, or administrative role
  • Experienced in developing and executing structured workflows
  • Strong proficiency in Google Drive Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs), Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and CRM software (Salesforce); experience with CLM platforms is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, organize, and regularly update the sales library, ensuring originators have access to the latest sales collateral, templates, proposals, case studies, and other sales assets
  • Act as a liaison between the commercial team and internal departments to ensure seamless deal execution
  • Assist in contract administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Assist in the creation of pitch materials and presentations for customer meetings
  • Research and compile relevant market and industry data to enhance lead identification and sales pitches
  • Support the development of responses to solicitations (RFPs and RFIs) ensuring timely and compliant submissions
  • Collaborate with sales originators to tailor sales materials to specific client needs and industry trends
  • Support the new customer intake process, ensuring all required documentation and internal approvals are completed efficiently
  • Monitor and analyze government bid and contract postings, ensuring timely identification of relevant opportunities
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline, tracking progress of deals from initial contact through close
  • Generate and distribute pipeline reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, CRM updates, and document management

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred
