Summary
Join Securly, a leader in AI-driven student safety solutions, as a Sales Operations Manager leading a Deal Desk team. You will manage and develop a team, streamline deal approvals, ensure compliance, maintain accurate forecasting, and optimize sales processes. This remote (U.S.) role requires 5+ years of Sales Operations and Deal Desk experience, including team management, and expertise in Salesforce Lightning, DealHub, and similar tools. Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales Operations and Deal Desk experience
- 2+ years managing or leading teams
- Proven success scaling and improving sales operations functions
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning (admin certification a plus)
- Experience with DealHub, CPQ, or similar deal desk tools
- Well-developed skills in pipeline health, forecasting, and reporting
- Proficiency with platforms like Outreach.io or Salesloft
- Influential communicator with executive presence
- Strategic thinker with proficient execution
- Analytical and data-driven decision maker
- Process improvement and change management mindset
- Comfortable managing through ambiguity and evolving priorities
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a small team of deal desk professionals
- Ensure seamless operations during seasonal peaks
- Build a collaborative, high-performing team culture
- Streamline deal approvals and reduce cycle times
- Resolve complex deal structure and pricing questions
- Ensure compliance across cross-functional workflows (Legal, Sales, Finance)
- Maintain accurate, real-time forecasting in Salesforce
- Create dashboards and KPI reports for the executive team
- Lead weekly βClose the Weekβ reporting with Sales management
- Develop 90-day improvement roadmaps
- Identify automation and efficiency opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve sales operations at scale
Preferred Qualifications
SaaS or high-growth tech background preferred
