Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations role, preferably within a Professional Services or similar company is a plus
- Strong understanding of contract structures including MSAs, SOWs, and pricing models in a service-based business
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM, CPQ, and contract management tools (Salesforce, Ironclad, D365, or similar systems)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal, or related field
- Experience working with global teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, supporting EST hours
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and approve commercial terms for contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment with internal policies and financial guidelines
- Ensure all deals meet company standards for pricing, margins, revenue recognition, and risk management. Flag and escalate exceptions as needed
- Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams to drive deal closure and resolve bottlenecks
- Review legal terms in coordination with the Legal team and ensure timely processing and execution of contracts and amendments
- Partner with Finance to validate deal profitability and ensure appropriate pricing models are applied
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve deal desk workflows, systems, templates, and tools for better efficiency and scalability
- Provide training and guidance to sales and services teams on deal desk processes and policy updates
