Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, business operations, or an analytical/operational role
  • Experience in Sales Operations & Salesforce
  • High degree of comfort working with sales teams, databases, and technology platforms
  • Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, with exceptional communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills and experience presenting to senior leadership teams
  • Advanced abilities in Microsoft Excel or G-Sheets (V-lookups, pivot tables, complex formula statements)

Responsibilities

  • Manage core elements of the Sales structure, including quotas, commission payouts, and core reporting
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement streamlined and effective sales compensation plans
  • Define, implement, and track a territory management process to optimize sales coverage and maximize revenue potential
  • Work with sales and cross-functional teams to define Rules of Engagement, documenting and communicating across the organization to ensure consistency & alignment
  • Develop and maintain tracking systems for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales operations
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify drivers of business and sales performance, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for sales strategy and execution
  • Collaborate with systems team to improve data quality and integrity in sales systems and databases, identifying opportunities to automate reporting processes
  • Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to drive alignment and achieve shared goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Looker, Clari, Tableau, SPIF
  • Experience working with a quote-to-cash system (e.g., CPQ, DealHub)
