Remote Sales & Operations Associate

Summary

Join our team at Career.io as a Sales & Operations Associate and support one of our brands by providing feedback to clients on their CVs and careers via email, answering client queries on paid packages and processes, assigning CV writing cases to suitable writers, and monitoring client-writer interaction. This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role.

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers via phone/email/chat and willing to resolve matters and provide solutions for those customers' needs
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work Mon-Fri, 9-6pm

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to clients on their CVs and careers via email
• Answer client queries on our paid packages and processes via calls and email
• Assign CV writing cases to suitable writers based on specialization
• Monitor client-writer interaction to ensure the case proceeds successfully
