Summary

The job is for a Sales Operations Specialist in a wholesale environment. The role involves managing product data, developing product information, managing orders, training the sales team, and providing support to them. The qualifications required are a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and at least 2 years of similar experience in sales operations, customer service, or a wholesale environment. Additionally, experience with Netsuite and/or Zendesk is preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years similar experience (sales operations, customer service, etc.) and/or experience in a support position within a wholesale environment

Responsibilities

  • Set up seasonal sales product data and maintain it in the B2B system
  • Create and maintain the order entry systems, assist in sales order entry by the Sales team
  • Develop and publish product information documents
  • Work with Master Data Management team to ensure product data is accurately set up
  • Complete product-level customer set ups in GXS catalog and retailer assortment portals
  • Update the Product Status List to track seasonal product changes
  • Manage order entry and ATP accuracy within B2B, distribute weekly ATP report
  • Manage inventory feeds within ERP System for consumer direct customers
  • Train Sales team on system and process updates and provide support throughout adoption of new processes
  • Answer the Sales team’s questions on product, IT, systems, processes, as well as run reports as needed to assist the Sales team
  • Oversee ordering, organization, and disposition of seasonal sample sets
  • Manage Sample needs for Sales channel with 3rd party warehouse and global samples team
  • Support Sales team with sell in meetings, ensuring they are equipped with samples, catalogs, and supplies
  • Set up promotions, discounts, and terms in the system for retailers
  • Update Rep Assignments in ERP, ensuring accuracy and updating when necessary
  • Manage MAP tracking tool and enforce MAP policy
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures for Sales and Sales Operations responsibilities
  • Provide best in class communication of information to Sales team
  • Travel to tradeshows for set up, work, teardown; travel to work events; travel to territories and/or key account visits for support and insights

Preferred Qualifications
