Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Communications, Business, or other related fields
  • Experience in relevant sales administration positions, ideally in a B2B Sales field would be plus
  • Excellent time management, communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities quickly and effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Any other European language will be considered as a great asset
  • Self-motivated and hands-on with a true teamwork mentality
  • A friendly and upbeat personality
  • Digital native: fluent in web and digital technologies

Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Maintains comprehensive data on HubSpot CRM, covering contacts, companies, files (presentations, videos), email templates, meeting links, and calendars
  • Reporting and Support: Provides accurate data and generates detailed reports to support the sales team in decision-making
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborates with account managers to develop specific sales strategies tailored to individual accounts
  • Data Entry and Management: Performs data entry and updates on CRM tools and other databases
  • Technical Management: Sets and manages landing pages, PMS/Channel Manager integrations, and PWD user access
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitors performance indicators, prepares monthly commissions (when manual), and tracks revenue/invoicing
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provides troubleshooting assistance and handles inquiries from partners
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Stays up-to-date with new product launches and features, ensuring the sales team is well-informed and trained accordingly
