Join ShopBack, a global cashback platform, and contribute to the Germany market's operational success. Oversee performance, ensuring KPI achievement and addressing breaches through root cause analysis. Investigate and resolve operational issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Coordinate initiatives with commercial, product, marketing, and regional operations teams. Identify and implement solutions to operational gaps, focusing on automation, process enhancement, and targeted training. Manage end-to-end merchant operations for online affiliates, driving strategies to enhance merchant and customer experiences and achieve cost efficiencies. This role requires strong problem-solving, data analysis, and collaboration skills, along with experience in e-commerce operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience with a proven track record in operations (preferably in e-commerce)
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance and historical data to plan and optimize resource management
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, proactive approach to challenges
- Ability to connect the dots, leverage data insights, and iteratively improve and scale operational processes
- High bias for action, with the ability to quickly identify and address process, culture, and skill gaps
- Independent and self-motivated, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with minimal supervision
- Collaborative mindset, with demonstrated success in partnering with cross-functional teams (business, operations, product) to drive complex projects

Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance of the country's operations, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and addressing any breaches with root cause analysis and corrective action
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving commercial, product, marketing, and regional operations teams to support strategic projects
- Address operational gaps, validate improvements in the countryβs Operations, review productivity through automation, process enhancement, and targeted training with Operations Managers and stakeholders to implement solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the country's Operations teams, operations teams and customer service to ensure seamless communication and alignment
- Manage and execute end-to-end merchant operations for Online Affiliate ensuring excellence in execution
- Drive and execute strategies to enhance merchant and customer experiences, scale operations, and achieve cost efficiencies
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Python, and Zapier is a plus
