Sales Operations Intern

Summary

Join our team as a Sales Operations Associate at our Singapore retail location and play an integral part in managing sales enquiries and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Preferred candidate is a current tertiary student, or post A level or IB student waiting to enter university
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for basic data analysis
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Energetic and self-motivated
• Takes initiative
• Helpful and positive disposition
• Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships with parents, upsell future camps or term classes
• Manage distribution of camp materials, T-shirts, goodie bags, snacks, set up and organise camp venues, supervise bathroom break for campers
• Capture and upload to Google-drive daily activities through photos and videos, insert photos into weekly camp report on Canva
• Track and record camper attendance accurately
• Coordinate the return process for camp packs and equipment
• Prompt and clear communication to address and fulfill any additional logistical needs or requests for camps
