Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for learning and a proactive, problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing data across the sales, Client Operations, Pricing, and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities for improving processes & productivity
• Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics
• Help in documenting processes and creating training materials for Client Sales and internal operations team
