Requirements

• A strategic thinker with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS company, or a similarly fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Salesforce.com
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize sales metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights
• Manage and enhance Salesforce.com dashboards, ensuring data accuracy for comprehensive reporting across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly timeframes
• Analyze performance data and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership, helping to steer business direction
• Streamline internal processes by extracting, analyzing, and leveraging data from various sources, including BI systems and Salesforce
• Craft compelling presentations that highlight key metrics and provide clear insights for sales and executive teams
• Lead process improvement projects to enhance productivity and support the implementation of cutting-edge technologies
• Dive deep into Everbridge’s global markets to support market segmentation, territory development, and customer analytics
