Summary
Join GuidePoint Security as a Sales Operations Lead (SOL) and provide valuable support to the Regional Sales Operations team. Continue existing Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) responsibilities, while also managing the regional Deal Registration process and assisting with various projects. You will report to the Director of Operations, ensuring high-level customer service and collaborating with the Corporate Vendor Relationship Management team. Manage and mentor junior team members, conducting performance reviews and fostering professional development. This role requires proven experience as a GuidePoint Security Sales Operations Specialist and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Continue with SOS responsibilities for Account Executive including generating quotes, tracking opportunities, processing purchase orders, etc
- Serve as the backup point of contact when the Sales Operations Manager is unavailable
- Manage the Regional Sales Coordinator(s) to help ensure exceptional internal and external communication and customer service
- Refine and maintain an effective and sustainable Deal Registration process to make sure we are maximizing gross profit
- Work closely with the Corporate Vendor Relationship Management team to ensure solid understanding of partner program details (i.e. who is the regional Channel Manager, what is GuidePointโs partner level, margin advantage, etc.)
- Assist Regional Management team with special projects, as needed
- Manage the Regional Sales Coordinator(s) to help ensure exceptional internal and external communication and customer service
- Conduct 30/60/90 day and annual performance reviews for direct reports
- Provide mentorship to junior team members on professional growth and development opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years of leading a team preferred
