Summary
Join Callstack, a leading company in cross-platform development and consultancy, and become our experienced Sales Operations Manager! Enhance our sales efficiency and support business growth by managing our CRM, improving sales processes, and optimizing data management. You will work independently, lead sales team activities, and directly impact our processes. Collaborate with the Head of Sales and other departments to forecast, report, and analyze sales data. This role involves implementing and automating sales tooling, refining CRM processes, and developing sales materials. Requirements
- Proven experience in similar roles handling sales operations, CRM management, and sales tooling
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data collection and analysis
- Experience managing sales forecast and creating different reports for management
- Proficiency using and improving CRM systems, HubSpot is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
- Project organization and management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel to Wrocลaw once a quarter for 1-2 days (travel costs covered)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate data collection for sales forecasts
- Gather and compile data for sales reports to track sales results and team performance
- Research, select, implement, maintain, and automate sales tooling in collaboration with the HoS
- Propose and integrate AI-driven solutions to improve team efficiency
- Take a role of a master user of our CRM system - HubSpot
- Making sure we maintain accurate data in the CRM system, ensuring it is up-to-date
- Refine CRM and lead management processes
- Analyze sales processes and data to suggest optimizations and improvements
- Coordinate sales team activities based on planned activities
- Keeping agreed tasks schedules and action items up to date
- Track team progress around lead management and lead generation actions
- Develop reusable sales materials, support preparations of customer presentations, sales offers, briefs and materials for onsites
- Collect market and technical trends, opportunities, challenges to create meaningful insights for customers
- Research customer information
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Manage internal projects and initiatives
