Join GuidePoint Security as a Corporate Sales Operations Manager and play a key role in optimizing and streamlining sales operations processes across multiple regions. This position also involves training and mentoring new Sales Operations Specialists to ensure alignment with the company's goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations within the technology or cybersecurity sector, with a focus on driving efficiency and scalability across a growing sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within the cybersecurity, technology, or IT services industry
  • Proven experience managing sales operations in a fast-paced, multi-region environment
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and sales automation tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-growing, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve scalable sales operations processes, tools, and best practices across all sales regions
  • Ensure consistency in the sales operations methodology and reporting across multiple regions while tailoring to regional requirements
  • Collaborate across departments to identify and recommend improvements in sales operations processes and technologies
  • Oversee and manage the opportunity creation process within the Corporate region, ensuring accurate entry and qualification of opportunities
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure proper opportunity management, tracking, and follow-through in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Ensure alignment with corporate sales goals by tracking opportunity progression and facilitating smooth handoffs between teams
  • Deliver actionable sales operations performance insights through regular reporting on KPIs and other key metrics
  • Analyze sales operations data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for optimizing processes
  • Responsible for training new Sales Operations Specialists, ensuring they can effectively apply sales operations processes, tools, and systems
  • Mentor new hires, offering guidance on sales operations best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ensure that new team members are integrated into the organization smoothly and are equipped to perform their roles effectively
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary to ensure high performance and retention
  • Create, update, and maintain clear documentation for all sales operations procedures, ensuring that all processes are well-documented and accessible to the sales team
  • Effectively communicate new or updated procedures across the sales operations team and establish proper understanding and implementation
  • Ensure that sales teams are fully informed and aligned with any process or procedural changes across regions
  • Organize and facilitate regular meetings with the SOS team to discuss key issues, updates, and best practices
  • Foster a collaborative environment where team members can share challenges and solutions, ensuring alignment across the sales operations function
  • Provide a forum for continuous learning and development within the SOS team, ensuring effective communication and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with sales performance management software and business intelligence tools (e.g. Domo)
  • Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in the cybersecurity space
