Summary

Join Wellhub's SMB Sales team in SΓ£o Paulo as a Sales Manager! You will lead and mentor an inside sales team, focusing on acquiring new SMB clients and driving revenue growth. This role requires proven B2B sales experience, strong leadership skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B Closers team, answering a high number of leads in the SB range (<100 FTEs)
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Experience managing inside sales teams selling by phone, with required ability to manage sales chat teams
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, including driving business growth and leveraging KPIs for business and team advancement
  • Proven record in setting and aggressively driving KPIs, balancing various interests, and implementing systems (reports and dashboards) to track key activities for successful sales processes
  • Experience building and nurturing relationships with various stakeholders, internally and externally, with a keen ability to understand and address client and team needs
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes, ideally with experience in SMB SaaS B2B or a similar business, and a demonstrated ability to support others in their sales processes
  • Experience in sales forecasting, including analyzing past performance and calculating potential impacts on forecasts
  • Experience working autonomously and making decisions with a clear understanding of their impact on the business, using a data-driven mindset for resource allocation, and maintaining alignment with all stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree and above
  • Knowledge of managing and building reports and dashboards using Excel, BI, or Salesforce is needed

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue by leading the inside sales team to identify and convert new leads into clients
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture by mentoring and developing team members
  • Utilize data analytics and KPIs to drive sales strategies and measure team performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with company objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SMB Sales (Preference: SB 20-100 FTEs)
  • Salesforce CRM and Sales SaaS experience
