Summary
Join TextNow, the nation's largest free phone service provider, as our Sales Operations Manager! You'll optimize sales team efficiency and effectiveness by developing and implementing sales processes, analyzing data to forecast sales and identify trends, and collaborating with other departments. This role involves managing sales technology, training sales representatives, monitoring performance, and automating processes. You'll champion the sales team's needs across the organization and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce. Requirements
- Strategic, strong critical thinker, organized, understands sales and buyer behaviors, understands operational infrastructure internally during sales process
- 4-8 years experience in an operations role supporting sales organizations
- Must be highly proficient in Salesforce
- High understanding of the Digital advertising ecosystem
- Takes accountability on projects from start to finish, holding other contributors accountable for their portion
Responsibilities
- Developing and Implementing Sales Processes: Creating and refining sales processes to ensure they are efficient and effective
- Data Analysis and Forecasting: Analyzing sales data to create sales forecasts and identify trends
- Collaborating with Other Departments: Working with departments like Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align sales strategies with business goals
- Managing Sales Technology: Implementing and managing CRM tools and other sales technologies to maximize efficiency and customer relationships
- Training and Onboarding: Recruiting, hiring, and training sales representatives
- Performance Management: Monitoring and improving sales performance through data-driven recommendations
- Automation: Creating and managing automation tools to streamline the sales process
- Lead management: Ensure weβre receiving high quality leads from events and conferences. Track value of leads via ROI calculator
- Salesforce management: Ensure cleanliness of Salesforce weekly, ensuring itβs data is accurate for pipeline management and deal health
- Champion the Sales team across the organization: Be the liaison best representing Sales and their needs to other teams within the org with clear asks on how they can best support, as well as whatβs needed
