Join Field Nation as a Sales Operations Specialist and play a crucial role in supporting the Sales team, ensuring smooth customer onboarding, and maintaining efficient operational workflows. This position bridges Sales, Operations, and Customer Support, guaranteeing a seamless experience for both internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in resolving issues that impact customer experience or sales effectiveness. You will be responsible for supporting presales efforts, leading customer transitions, managing account setup, providing first-line support, monitoring Work Order approvals, contributing to workflow improvements, and addressing various sales operation issues. This role requires 5+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, customer success, or business operations, strong technical aptitude, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally. Experience with workflow platforms, CRM systems, and customer onboarding processes is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Support presales efforts by setting up new customers on the platform
- Lead the transition of customers to the platform, including training and adoption support
- Manage customer account setup—configuring templates, permissions, and admin access
- Serve as the first line of support for customers experiencing platform-related issues
- Monitor customer approval of Work Orders; issue reminders and follow-ups to ensure timely action
- Contribute to the design and improvement of operational workflows and process delivery
- Support to Ensure the LSS process is functioning correctly within HIS (including DML processing)
- Escalate process or system issues to GM/VP for visibility and resolution
- Assist Sales in resolving accounting or operational blockers that impact deal flow or customer satisfaction
- Manage projects routed directly to partners (outside of Herman Tech Crew)
- Address any additional sales operation issues as they arise to support both the Sales and DML teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with workflow platforms, CRM systems, and customer onboarding processes preferred
