Join Skedda as a Sales Operations Specialist and play a critical role in optimizing our sales teamโs performance. You will refine processes, manage data, and provide strategic insights, working closely with sales leadership, marketing, customer success, and finance. Day-to-day responsibilities include sales process optimization, CRM and data management, reporting and analytics, forecasting and pipeline management, and sales enablement support. You will also support sales compensation plan administration and collaborate cross-functionally. This 100% remote position, based within Europe or the Central European Time Zone, requires 2+ years of experience in a similar B2B SaaS role and proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with sales methodologies, forecasting techniques, and pipeline management
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making
Responsibilities
- Sales Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and conversion rates
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain and optimize our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy, streamline workflows, and support automation
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to sales leadership
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Assist in revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and quota setting
- Sales Enablement Support: Equip the sales team with tools, training, and resources to improve performance and efficiency
- Compensation & Incentives: Support the administration of sales compensation plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing on lead scoring, customer success on handoffs, and finance on revenue tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo) is a plus
