Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar GTM support function
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM; familiarity with tools like CaptivateIQ, LeanData, Google Sheets (advanced), and SQL
  • Strong project management and change management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a similar quantitative field with strong academic achievement
  • English fluency required

Responsibilities

  • Own the onboarding and training experience for new Sales and Customer Success team members, including systems access, process education, and tool-specific walkthroughs
  • Deliver training and change management resources to support rollout of new processes, workflows, or systems to existing go-to-market (GTM) team members
  • Proactively identify, design, and implement scalable solutions to improve operational efficiency across Sales and CS
  • Serve as a key partner to emerging business teams (e.g., Partner/Channel teams) by designing and documenting workflows for Salesforce Admin implementation
  • Maintain and optimize tools within the Salesforce tech stack including but not limited to: Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and CaptivateIQ
  • Manage user access, permissions, and configuration changes in collaboration with Salesforce Admins
  • Perform complex data manipulation including bulk data uploads, deduplication, territory/account mapping, and data enrichment
  • Support cross-functional projects tied to systems enhancements, integrations, and tool evaluations
  • Collaborate with Sales and CS leadership to define metrics and build out actionable dashboards that provide visibility into team performance, conversion rates, pipeline health, and operational KPIs
  • Generate advanced reports using SQL, Google Sheets, or BI platforms to support ad hoc analysis, executive briefings, and process audits
  • Conduct proactive monitoring of performance data to surface insights and recommend improvements in sales motion, customer onboarding, or retention workflows
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness of data in Salesforce and across integrated platforms; drive data hygiene projects
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and Payroll to administer sales commissions: including data collection, calculations, exception handling, audit reviews, and final payouts through CaptivateIQ
  • Serve as the point of contact for resolving commission disputes and supporting monthly/quarterly close timelines
  • Align with GTM and revenue operations leadership on compensation design and modeling to ensure accurate tracking and payout

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building dashboards or data models is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated interest in using AI tools for professional projects is a strong plus
