Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in finance, consulting, or implementation
• Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, and expertise in MS Excel
• Confidence in speaking and presenting in customer settings
• A technical, client-oriented focus with motivation to deliver quality results
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Provide regular status updates to the Technical/Project Lead and the client
• Gather client requirements in collaboration with the Project Lead
• Design and customize solutions to meet client needs, following best practices
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME), advising, implementing, testing, and training clients
• Create documentation and participate in project meetings
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure the solution meets specifications
