Requirements

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience implementing and delivering Sales Performance Management solutions
  • Deep understanding of concepts like incentive and commission management, territory management, and quota planning
  • Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at the director level and above
  • A technical, client-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Canadian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is required

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solution designs
  • Guide clients through decision-making processes with a focus on best practices
  • Implement and customize SPM solutions to meet unique business needs
  • Act as the functional lead on assigned projects, mentoring team members as required
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing strategic advice, training, and ongoing support to clients
  • Test and validate solutions to ensure alignment with business and technical specifications
  • Communicate project status to clients and stakeholders, ensuring transparency
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive solution documentation and training materials
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams during project meetings to ensure successful outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education in IT, Engineering, Finance, or related fields is preferred
  • Familiarity with SPM tools such as Varicent, Callidus, Xactly, CaptivateIq, or Anaplan is a strong asset
